Olubukola Ajayi-Obe
Based in Montreal, Canada, Bukola primarily operates from our Nigerian offices, where he plays a key role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives. With a diverse background in finance, business development, and project management across the construction and oil & gas sectors, he brings a dynamic, cross-functional approach to leadership. Bukola is a passionate entrepreneur known for his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results across multiple disciplines.
Dean Barber
Based in West Africa, Dean brings over three decades of hands-on experience in heavy civil construction, oil & gas, and industrial projects across the UK, USA, and West Africa. Starting his career in the UK, Dean worked across nuclear, mechanical, and steel erection environments before moving to the US, where he contributed to major oilfield and pipeline developments. During his career, he has successfully led technical operations on large-scale construction projects spanning environmental, energy, and manufacturing sectors. As Executive Director Technical, Dean combines exceptional field expertise with strategic oversight to drive high-impact project delivery.
